Day 1
Breakfast :
1 1/2 Cup Kellogg's raisin bran with 1/2 cup 2% fat milk
5 strawberries
12 almonds
Snack :
1 apple, green tea
Lunch:
3oz pan seared chicken breast and Israeli salad
Snack:
green tea
Dinner:
1 cup white rice and 1/2 cup daal
About workout:
35min treadmill, 20minutes cycling and 6 minutes rowing in the morning and evening. Total calorie burned today is 500 calories.
Day 2
Breakfast :

we visited Monterey Bay Aquarium, california after breakfast and i had to have lunch from there. It was around 8pm when we reached home. So i couldn't go to gym in the evening, but almost 5 hours i walked in the aquarium.
Lunch:
Chicken Caesar salad with 1tbsp dressing
Dinner:
white rice and chicken breast curry
About workout:
35min treadmill, 20minutes cycling and 6 minutes rowing in the morning and almost 5hours walking in the after noon.
Day 3
Breakfast :
1/2 Cup Quaker oats cooked with water, a pinch of salt and 1/2 cup 2% fat milk
5 strawberries
12 almonds
Lunch:
Tortilla wrap 2
Dinner:
white rice and Vegetarian curry
About workout:
35min treadmill, 20minutes cycling and 6 minutes rowing in the morning. Tomorrow we are attending a Barbecue Party. So evening i went to buy chicken, juice etc. Couldn't workout in the evening.
Day 4
Lazy days starts from today :) . Morning i finished my routine gum workouts. Breakfast was my normal Kellogg's cornflakes with skim milk. Today afternoon it was a Barbecue party with 4 families. I tried to stick to my diet,but had 1 piece from all the dishes. ie, 1 honey and lemon chicken , satay chicken, 1 drumstick, grilled vegetables, a small piece of cake. Lunch alone must me around 1000calories. So i had few fruits for the dinner and no exercise in the evening :(
Day 5
Today it was a brunch from a South Indian restaurant, Masala Dosa. Had 2 red velvet cupcakes which my husband brought home. Dinner white rice and fish curry and no exercise.
Day 6
I was horrified when i checked weight today. I gained 1kg with in 2days. I was angry at myself, sad and frustrated. Before breakfast i had 2 more cupcakes which my husband had brought yesterday by thinking, whats the point of continuing my weight loss program.
But when i finished eating cupcakes, i thought about this blog and the happiness i got when i lost 3 kg in 3 weeks. I decided to stick to my diet again.
Continued the same food of week 1(Day3). Worked out in gym in the morning and evening.
Day 7
Same as week 1(Day4). Worked out in the morning and evening and i could reduce 0.5kg within 2 days.
So this was diet for week 4(11/27/2013 to 12/02/2013). It helped me to realize that i need to focus more about diet and portion control.

Week 1 weight : 79.1kg
Week 2 weight : 78kg
Week 3 weight : 77kg
Week 4 Weight : 77.5kg
