  4. okay.. so i think these are my diet partners for November..Dont forget to measure and add your weight on 8th of November here.. Make sure those who needs to loose more than 10pounds to reach your goal weight a) will not have rice / rice products twice a day in any form b) have 2 litres of water and 2 cups of green tea per day c) will not consume more than 1tsp of sugar per day..If you are not able to stick to the diet or needs motivation, do message me in Facebook / in my other post November diet / write to me @lemonnspice@gmail.com..
